What forms of payments are accepted?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and PayPal. At this time, we can not accept cash, money orders or checks. The privacy and security of our visitors and customers is a top priority for our team.

What shipping options are available?

We offer free standard shipping for all US orders and free worldwide shipping for orders $100 or more. The $100 minimum purchase is calculated after all discounts and coupons are applied.

When will I receive my order? 

Orders typically take about 3-5 business days to process and will arrive 5-7 days thereafter for US orders, depending on USPS and the time of year. When your order ships, we will e-mail you a tracking number (check your spam folder if you don't see it). We offer expedited shipping if you need your order fast. Visit this page to track your order, once it's shipped.

Can I change my order?

You can call at (718) 930-8842. We can make changes within 15 minutes of placing an order. After that, we offer returns and exchanges if you made a mistake.

Returns are easy, just contact us for a returns number and send your item to our returns center for fast processing. We'll get you a replacement or refund in a snap!

What is your return/exchange policy?

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order, you may return any unwashed and unworn item for a full refund less shipping charges within 7 days of purchase. If you want to set up an exchange or return on a garment, please go to the returns page.

Is it easy to return items?

In the unlikely event you have to return orders, you’ll be able to choose the shipping carrier that’s more convenient to you.

What items are non-refundable?

❌ Items marked as final sale or clearance.
❌ Free gifts or promotional items with retail value.
❌ Intimate items for health/hygiene reasons. (face masks, bras, etc.)
❌ Original shipping charges except in cases where we have made a shipping error.

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your items are inspected by the store, you'll get your refund typically within 48 hours.
